Fire Roasted Vegetable Chili
With Beans & Marsala Wine
A medley of fire roasted vegetables coated in a rich Marsala Wine sauce are at the core of this unique chili. Kidney Beans are added to insure this chili will fill you up, even without the meat. Water, Kidney Beans, Fire Roasted Vegetables (Corn, Black Beans [Water, Black Beans, Salt], Red Bell Peppers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil), Fire Roasted Onions and Bell Peppers (Green, Red, and Yellow Bell Peppers), Fire Roasted Poblano Chiles, Cornstarch, Tomato Paste, Sweet Marsala Wine Reduction (Contains Sulfites), Chili Powder, Salt, Spice, Sugar.
- 1 can Vietti Artisan Fire Roasted Vegetable Chili with Beans
- 2 cups cooked Rice
- 4 Bell Peppers (Red or Green)
Prepare Peppers by chopping off tops and removing the ribs and seeds. Mix Vietti Artisan Chili and Cooked Rice in a bowl. Fill prepared Peppers with the mixture. Place on an oven safe baking sheet and use tin foil to help the peppers stand if needed. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
